Initial Connection

  1. Click the menu button in the top left corner.
  2. Open the settings drop down
  3. Click "Xero Settings"
  4. Click "Connect" and complete the necessary fields.

Customers:

  1. Click customers on the home page.
  2. Click "Create customer from Xero"
  3.  Enter a customer name that is already in Xero.
  4. Click "Select to create" on the correct customer.

Chargeout Rates:

  1. Click the menu button in the top left corner.
  2. Open the settings drop down
  3. Click "Chargeout Rates"
  4. Click "Add Chargeout Rate"
  5. Fill out the required fields.

Invoice Jobs:

  1. Click "Create a Job" on the homepage.
  2. Enter the required fields.
  3. Click Save and Open
  4. Scroll down to tasks and ensure a charge type for each task is selected.
  5. Scroll further and add products if needed.
  6. Scroll to the top of the page and switch the status to "Invoiced" and save.
