Initial Connection
- Click the menu button in the top left corner.
- Open the settings drop down
- Click "Xero Settings"
- Click "Connect" and complete the necessary fields.
Customers:
- Click customers on the home page.
- Click "Create customer from Xero"
- Enter a customer name that is already in Xero.
- Click "Select to create" on the correct customer.
Chargeout Rates:
- Click the menu button in the top left corner.
- Open the settings drop down
- Click "Chargeout Rates"
- Click "Add Chargeout Rate"
- Fill out the required fields.
Invoice Jobs:
- Click "Create a Job" on the homepage.
- Enter the required fields.
- Click Save and Open
- Scroll down to tasks and ensure a charge type for each task is selected.
- Scroll further and add products if needed.
- Scroll to the top of the page and switch the status to "Invoiced" and save.
